Accellix Assays are either standard panels or customized assays driven by customers’ needs.
The Accellix T-Cell Subset assays are used for the enumeration (frequencies and counts) of viable CD45+ leukocytes, CD3+ T-cells, CD4+ T-helper cells, and CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells. These are standard kits that can be run on multiple sample types, including those requiring differential red blood cell lysis, and have been formulated to process samples with cell concentrations ranging between 1-50 million cells per mL.
The Accellix Lymphocyte subset assays are used for the enumeration (frequencies and absolute counts) of viable CD45+ leukocytes, CD3+ T-cells, CD14+ monocytes, CD19+ B-cells, and CD56+ (or CD56+CD16+) natural killer cells. These are standard kits that can be run on multiple sample types, including those requiring differential red blood cell lysis, and have been formulated to process samples with cell concentrations ranging between 1-50 million cells per mL.
The Accellix Stem Cell assays are used for the enumeration (frequencies and absolute counts) of viable human hematopoietic progenitor cells, characterized by their levels of CD45, CD3 (optional), and CD34 expression. These are standard kits that can be run on multiple sample types, including those requiring differential red blood cell lysis, and have been formulated to process samples with cell concentrations ranging between 1-50 million cells per mL.
