Automating Flow Cytometry for Objective and Reproducible Cell Therapy QC

Introduction – The complexity and versatility of traditional flow cytometers make them invaluable for cell analysis in research settings, but sample preparation, instrument setup, and data analysis are each laborious, require highly skilled operators, and can be sources of run-to-run variability. The Accellix Cell Phenotyping Platform standardizes and automates each step of the flow cytometry workflow, allowing it to be implemented directly within cell therapy manufacturing suites. A key component of the platform is the automated analysis software that classifies and enumerates cell subsets using trained algorithms, shortening the time to results and reducing data subjectivity.
