  • Algorithm Engineer

  • Senior Research Associate, Research and Development

    The Accellix Assay Development team is looking to recruit a Senior Research Associate to help characterize the capabilities of our platform and identify and implement innovations. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience, enthusiasm for having a tangible impact on cell therapy, and a collaborative and down-to-earth attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with scientists on the team to: develop new product introductions (NPIs) to add to the growing Accellix portfolio, design and execute characterization studies to showcase the capabilities of the Accellix platform, and identify and implement process innovations and new features
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new assays and features onto the Accellix platform
    • Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) in lab, clearly document and communicate experimental procedures and results both within the team and beyond
    • Assist team in maintaining inventory of lab supplies and reagents
    • Participate in drafting and editing documentation, including development reports, protocols for assay kit manufacturing and QC, and in tech transfer to the manufacturing team

  • Scientific Sales Representative – East Coast

    Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Remote)

    Accellix, a Silicon Valley-based company offering a disruptive flow cytometry solution for Cell Therapy QC, is looking for a Scientific Sales Representative to assist the sales team to drive new business.

    The Scientific Sales Representative will be assigned to cover the Accellix Platform, which includes the Accellix Flow Cytometry Instrument, Cartridge-based assays, and related services. This position will be primarily responsible for managing day-to-day operations at existing accounts, developing and nurturing a pipeline of immuno-oncology and cell therapy prospects in small, mid-size, and large biotech/pharma globally. The Scientific Sales Representative manages inquiries by phone and or email, identifies target accounts decision-makers, sets up appointments for corporate field sales, and reports results on each. Will be required to proactively initiate and manage cold-call activities into a target list of accounts, warm calls for trade shows, and other incoming lead sources. The Scientific Sales Representative must be able to identify and qualify opportunities, build trust and credibility, deliver a clear and compelling message, uncover initiatives and gain commitment from prospects to engage with Accellix.

    Responsibilities

    • Uncover and target new opportunities and follow up on leads generated during conferences and tradeshows
    • Assist in managing inquiries from existing accounts related to sales, marketing, and technical support
    • Helps coordinate FAS activities (demos, installs, troubleshooting, repairs) both internally and with customers
    • Provides weekly updates on activities and sales forecasts, commercial outreaches, and lead qualification to Manager
    • Leverage available resources, including existing networks and marketing activities to identify/qualify prospects

    The Applications team is looking to recruit a flow cytometry data analyst/Scientist to help analyze flow cytometry data in partnership with many leading pharmaceutical companies, as well as to engage in customer facing activities such as presenting the analysis done. The candidate will also be working closely with the assay development team and Accellix’s other departments to improve customer experience and increase available products. The candidate should bring to the table relevant flow cytometry analytic and immunology experience, presentation and organizational skills, enthusiasm for having a tangible impact on cell therapy, and a collaborative and down-to-earth attitude. The position may require travel to San Jose once or twice per year.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with scientists on the team to analyze flow cytometry data generated internally and/or externally by collaborators and/or customers
    • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate assays onto the Accellix platform and ensure assay requirements are met
    • Participate in drafting and editing protocols for flow cytometry data analysis
    • Present updates on flow cytometry analysis and custom FlowJo templates
    • Promote a strong working relationship with others in the sales/marketing/FAS team, facilitate open communication, proactively identify and address issues, and support other team members to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities
    • Maintain a detailed notebook of any and all analysis done and requested either by customer, collaborators or internal teams

    Required Qualifications

    • M.S in Immunology, Oncology or equivalent with 3+ years experience in flow cytometry data analysis or currently enrolled in and working towards the completion of a PhD in Immunology or equivalent. PhD preferred. Alternatively, Post-Doctoral scholars/fellows with an immunology and flow cytometry background.
    • Experience with experiment design and execution of flow cytometry assays, including antibody titrations and optimizing and troubleshooting multicolor assays
    • 3+ years experience with flow cytometry data analysis using FlowJo v.10
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet goals in a timely fashion, communicate delays and escalate challenges immediately
    • Ability to analyze flow cytometry data with minimal oversight
    • Prepared to be highly engaged, both within the team and within the company

    Accellix is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to support customers Cell Therapy manufacturing journey. The Technical Support Specialist will report to Head of Technical Support and will be responsible to provide remote pre and post sales technical support for the Accellix platform to customers and field personnel, as well as relaying customer feedback to the organization

    Responsibilities

    • Improve Accellix users’ experience
    • Liaise with Head of Technical Support and field-based teams for the purpose of driving customers’ complaints to resolution
    • Monitor and verify implementation of field training processes
    • Monitor and verify implementation of the tools to be utilized by the company’s field representatives to improve product installations, annual maintenance, and upgrades
    • Review, monitor and verify servicing documentation, reports and communication internally and with customers

    Accellix, a Jerusalem, Har-Hotzvim based company, offering a disruptive flow cytometry solution for Cell Therapy QC, is looking for an experienced Software QA team leader, detailed oriented with hands-on skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and grow a team of 2-3 QA engineers while being a hands-on leader
    • Improve the company’s software testing methodology
    • Independently design, write and perform manual and automated tests
    • Manage software configuration, software integration and tool validation activities
    • Provide quality support to new and sustaining product development teams focusing on software life cycle processes within design control, verification, validation, risk management, and deployment including reviews and approvals
    • Ensure released SW meet internal software and quality requirements and applicable regulatory standards
    • Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the development process

    Required Qualifications
